Suggested use (sports)
Mix one or two rounded teaspoons (5 or 10 grams) with one glass of water or juice. Can use more than once daily. Particularly beneficial straight after training sessions. A combination of SUPPLEMENTS SA GLUTAMINE, CREATINE and PURE WHEY after training is a potent bodybuilding/sport growth and repair cocktail.
If you have anxiety, sugar or alcohol cravings, constipation or diarrhea, a poor immune system, low muscle mass, poor wound healing or slow recovery after workouts, you may want to supplement with L-glutamine.
