Returns Policy

Novamor can offer you: an exchange, in-store credit, repair service or new component for replacement if a product is faulty and Customer Service receives a valid claim within 7 days upon your receipt of the order. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

We are not required to provide: an exchange, in-store credit, repair service or new component for replacement if products have been: opened or tampered with, if you have a change of mind or have incorrectly placed an order.

To return a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order and we will organise a quick and efficient solution for you.
