Cost of Delivery
Your delivery cost will be calculated once you have chosen and added items to your cart and provided us with your shipping address. Each shipping estimate is uniquely based on the order’s weight, cubic measurements, and the delivery destination provided. If changes are made after your order is submitted, we will provide you with a new shipping estimate.
Please note: All shipping estimates are NON-BINDING and may be subject to additional verification and service charges needed at the time of shipment. The actual total charges will be determined at the time of shipment. Any additional costs must be paid for prior to the delivery of your parcel.
Payment of shipping fee is always the responsibility of the buyer. Australia Post calculates delivery charges, a 10% handling is added to this charge. For more information please see our Shipping Guide section on our site or visit the Australia Post website.
We cannot deliver, or release merchandise until the order has been paid and received in full.
If you have submitted your order but forgot to add or wish to substitute or even remove items, you may do so by contacting us immediately. We cannot guarantee that the changes your request will be possible.

Any customers with cancelled orders, or unclaimed parcels will bare the cost of return shipping and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Novamor offers the option for customers to purchase insurance with Australia Post. The Extra Cover provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post.
- $1.50 per $100 of your item’s value (or part thereof); and
- The Signature on Delivery is included in your shipping cost.
Missing and Damaged Parcels
It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us within 7 days of the receipt of the order, about any physical damage or discrepancy such as: crushed, opened, loose, or missing cartons.
If the buyer has purchased insurance with their order then the full amount of damage will be refunded once the matter has been investigated by Australia Post. If the buyer has not purchased insurance, all claims for damaged or lost items will need to be made directly with Australia Post. Novamor will not be liable for products that are damaged/lost during transit if the customer has not purchased insurance.
